Hosted by Rayner Essex, the final Bloomsbury Lunch Club of 2018 will showcase the exciting and topical sport, cycling. Following the tremendous summer our British riders have had, winning all three marquee European events, we are delighted to showcase this sport once again. Representatives from Watt Bike will be on hand and SportsAid athletes will show you their speed and power on the bikes. Watt Bike will also offer guests the opportunity to time trial and participate in a cycling challenge – all to raise funds for SportsAid. As always there will be brilliant raffle prizes, exciting auction items and a chance to learn from the very best!
Some of the prizes on offer on the day include the leaders pink jersey from the 2018 Giro d’Italia signed jersey by Chris Froom, two tickets to see England v Australia at Twickenham on 24 November and two tickets to the Six Nations for next Spring.
We are delighted to announce that Barclays Bank have chosen to provide cash match support for this event and Janet Vanderschuit and her colleagues from Barclays Premier team will be assisting us on the day.
This event will be held in the Princes Room at BMA House from 12:30pm – 2:30pm, offering an ideal environment for our informal networking event, and providing you with the opportunity to meet with other like-minded business people.
Those who have attended our Bloomsbury Lunch Clubs in the past will know how different and enjoyable these networking events are. Admission to the event is free and we encourage you to bring along as many colleagues/contacts/friends as you like.
All proceeds raised on the day are donated to SportsAid to directly support SportsAid athletes.
