Day two delivers eight further medals for SportsAid alumni on Gold Coast

More medals were delivered by SportsAid athletes today (6 April) for Team England, Team Scotland and Team Wales at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. Three gold, four silver and a bronze medal were won across gymnastics, cycling, para cycling, swimming and para swimming. A real highlight saw gymnast Taeja James claim Commonwealth Games silver in the women’s team event at just 15 years old.

More medals were delivered by SportsAid athletes today (6 April) for Team England, Team Scotland and Team Wales at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. Three gold, four silver and a bronze medal were won across gymnastics, cycling, para cycling, swimming and para swimming. A real highlight saw gymnast Taeja James claim Commonwealth Games silver, alongside fellow charity alumni Lucy Stanhope and Alice Kinsella, in the women’s team event at just 15 years old.
