A friend's brother was rowing and she knew I had always loved sport- I was a swimmer at the time but knew I was never going to get faster- and wondered if I would be interested in starting with her. Our mums had rowed together when they left university.
Monday- rest Tuesday- 6am- 10km otw session ut1/2 erg 5-6:30 Wednesday- weights 5-6:30 Thursday- hard erg 5-6:30 Friday- weights 5-6:30 Saturday- double session on the water Sunday- double session on the water
I like to win and I have made the most amazing friends.
Mo Sibihi. He started as a junior too and rowed relatively locally and has competed in multiple Olympics winning medals.
