Royal Parks Half Marathon 2024

The Royal Parks Half Marathon takes place in many of the capital's world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of the eight Royal Parks - Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington Gardens.

The Royal Parks Half is the perfect race for first time half marathon runners wanting to take part in a friendly and well-run event, or for those who wish to make the most of running through London's Royal Parks on a closed and enjoyable route. The event is presented by Royal Bank of Canada - a loyal and long-standing partner of SportsAid.

SportsAid has a limited amount of guaranteed places for the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 13 October 2024. You can apply to run for SportsAid by completing our application form

COST: £35 entry fee and £350 fundraising target (excluding Gift Aid)  


Our Royal Parks Half package includes all of the following benefits: 

  • Access to fundraising support, tips and ideas, as well as branded collateral and items to support any fundraising events. We’ll help you set up your fundraising page too.

  • Training guidance through WeRun and from experienced SportsAid alumni.

  • A free SportsAid running vest. 

  • Access to a team Facebook and Strava group connecting you with other SportsAid runners where you can share advice, tips, training stories and fundraising ideas for how to get sponsored.

  • A designated contact at SportsAid to help with any questions you have along the way, and to support you all the way to the finishing line.

  • Cheer points on event day with our wonderful volunteers cheering you along the route and motivating you towards that finish line.

  • Information and updates on SportsAid’s work and how your fundraising supports the next generation of British athletes.
