Vacancy: Head of CRM at SportsAid

SportsAid is recruiting a Head of CRM to lead the development and optimisation of its new organisation-wide customer relationship management platform, supporting the charity’s mission to champion the next generation of British athletes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive and colleagues across the charity to maximise the value of the new CRM system, ensuring strong adoption, high-quality data governance and effective reporting to support fundraising, programme delivery and impact measurement.

The Head of CRM will initially focus on embedding systems, processes and ways of working following implementation, before leading the longer-term development of a CRM roadmap to support SportsAid’s future growth and digital transformation.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the postholder will act as Product Owner for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, overseeing system configuration, integrations, data governance and reporting frameworks, while driving organisation-wide adoption and best practice.

The role will also include managing external suppliers and partners, supporting system enhancements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations including UK GDPR.

This position is offered on a permanent, part-time basis (three days per week), with a full-time equivalent salary of £60,000 per annum, pro-rated to £36,000.
