Heather is the Director of Audiences at the Southbank Centre. She previously held positions at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, the August Wilson Center for African American Culture, the Natural History Museum, the National Theatre and the English National Ballet. She has worked as a consultant for the Talawa Theatre Company among others.

Tim has more than 25 years of experience of working in sports management. He joined SportsAid in 2004 after a long spell as Managing Director at Saracens Rugby Club. Tim's role is to lead the team and the charity in helping talented young sports people.
Adam is responsible for managing and developing the process of athlete nominations by the National Governing Bodies (NGBs) and the subsequent allocation of SportsAid awards. He joined the charity in 2019 and previously worked at British Swimming.
Jan joined the team in 2005 and works primarily on finance and administration for SportsAid and the Sport England Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS). She is a Lead Equality Officer for SportsAid and helps support the delivery of events for the charity.
